Program Overview
Phase 1: The Instructional Manual
Learn what it takes to achieve perfect postural alignment through a series of simple maneuvers designed to target muscles responsible for making perfect posture an unconscious effort. This phase isn't about working out. It's about learning to live with better posture with the understanding that bad posture is a symptom of weak muscles. It's about building a different set of muscles than the ones you may be accustomed to and making posture not only a key factor in your fitness journey but the only factor!
Phase 2: The Building Process
Build the foundation for future exercise by challenging your posture through a series of dynamic positions designed to not only further improve your posture but flexibility and balance as well. This phase is all about making the transition from static posture to active posture and understanding how easy it is to disengage from these essential muscles. Moving with perfect posture is extremely difficult to do but this phase will work to correct all of the root causes to this problem and make exercising with perfect form second nature.
Phase 3: The Metamorphosis
Embark on the journey of muscle building through a series of bodyweight exercises and implementation of various training tactics designed to drive fast results. This phase is all about developing the mindset of a bodybuilder while still being able to work out from home without need for any equipment. Getting stronger and building muscle is a lot easier than you may think but it requires proper form and consistent effort to achieve; two things the traditional bodybuilding approach cannot offer because of the types of exercises it uses and its need for heavy equipment. Traditional bodybuilding is for the 'gym rats' and 'meat heads'. Bodybuilding Reimagined is for everyone else because everyday people deserve to have muscle too.
